Construction Works Updates
The building on the north side of Notre-Dame come out of the ground! The 4th floor concrete slab is done, on a total of 6 floors. Within the actual work flow, we expect to finish the concrete moulding for this part of the project during the month of November.
On the south side of Notre-Dame street we are finalizing the building foundations. The concrete slab of the ground floor should be moulded in the coming weeks. The structure elevation works required for this part of the project will continue until the end of the year.

At the intersection of Notre-Dame Street and Saint-Jean Baptiste Boulevard, this project will revitalize the historic district of Pointe-aux-Trembles and help breathe new life into the neighbourhood with new residential buildings, services, businesses, green spaces and a welcoming village atmosphere.
