Summer Vacations
The construction site will be closed for the construction holidays from July 20 to August 2. Work will resume on August 4, according to the usual schedule.
Construction Works Updates
North side of Notre-Dame St.
The exterior cladding of this building is almost complete. The brick facade facing Notre-Dame Street was finished last week, and crews are now busy completing the other facades.
Inside, the apartments are taking shape: kitchens are currently being installed. All work on this building should be completed this fall.
South side of Notre-Dame St.
Across the street, the two buildings on the south side are currently in the process of installing interior walls, which will determine the layout of the apartments. Over the next few weeks, crews will begin installing the exterior cladding.

At the intersection of Notre-Dame Street and Saint-Jean Baptiste Boulevard, this project will revitalize the historic district of Pointe-aux-Trembles and help breathe new life into the neighbourhood with new residential buildings, services, businesses, green spaces and a welcoming village atmosphere.
