Located in the buildings on the north and south sides of Notre-Dame East Street, between Saint-Jean Baptiste and Sainte-Anne Street, these 1, 2 and 3‑bedroom units will have huge windows, offering an abundance of natural light and large private outdoor spaces.
Information on rental procedures will be announced in spring 2025.
C’est pour qui, l’abordabilité?
Pour être admissible à louer un logement dans ce projet, les futurs locataires devront avoir un revenu brut conforme au seuil prévu dans le Programme habitation abordable Québec (PHAQ), en fonction de la composition de leur ménage.
À titre d’exemple, le plafond de revenu du PHAQ pour 2024 pour une personne vivant seule est de 57 787 $, et pour une famille constituée de 5 personnes, le plafond est de 129 216 $. Le plafond de revenu est réajusté à chaque année en fonction de l’inflation.
