Residential Units
109 new rental units, the rental process has begun
The Vieux Pointe-aux-Trembles revitalization project has entered a new phase: the rental process has officially begun. It is now possible to apply to rent one of the 109 affordable housing units.
Although the buildings are still under construction, the selection of future tenants begins today. Each application will be evaluated rigorously and fairly, according to well-defined criteria.

Bright, well-located and affordable apartments
Located between Saint-Jean-Baptiste and Sainte-Anne streets, on either side of Notre-Dame Est, these 1, 2 or 3‑bedroom units will offer bright, generous windows and private outdoor spaces. The first apartments will be available according to the following schedule:
- 46 units in Building A, available from October 2025
- 63 units in buildings B and C, available in February 2026

The rental process takes place in several stages to ensure a fair and transparent selection:
- Fill out the interest questionnaire
- Application review period
